It’s been an amazing year and so many of you have been a part since our first windows up. If you have never had a chance to visit our truck, come out and help us kick off year number 2.
MENU: It’s a fish fry so we of course will feature a fish plate and for the non-fish eaters we will feature a Pernil Plate. The final menu is a work in progress but you can expect some of the usual suspects, empanadas, mac and cheese, plantain chips, collards and more

ABOUT CALVIN EDWARDS
Born in North Carolina’s King Mountains, Calvin Edwards has gradually honed his talents and skills over the years, to the point where he is now recognized internationally as an awe-inspiring artist. When he was seventeen years old, Calvin joined up with a famous Gospel group known as the Five Blind Boys of Alabama.
He used his voice spectacularly in that setting for many years, before moving to L.A to play with his brothers’ musical group: the Jett Edwards Band. In that time, the siblings recorded two separate albums together.
His Performance Experience
He has played numerous venues in his time as a musical performer, including the G8 Summit in Okinawa for President Clinton, China, and Tokyo.
After delivering his specific brand of music back to the USA, Calvin has played in New York, San Francisco and Charleston, as well as the Anaheim 2005 NAMM Show, and of course, Romare Beardon’s 99th birthday celebrations. Edwards has a wide range of experience playing for various prestigious events, including the grand-opening of the Charlotte Mint Museum, the Spoleto Festival, in Charleston and the Fall for Greenville,Walhalla Sc civic center Blues fest.
