A couple of years back I printed out the 4 trucks that were nominated for “Best Food Truck” in Durham Magazine’s annual “Best of” issue. I laminated the small rectangular piece of paper and slipped it into my tallybook that I carried with me out to sea every 4 weeks for the past few years. Every time I opened that notebook from the bridge of a deepwater drillship in the Gulf of Mexico I saw that goal.
It was an amazing feeling to have that goal manifest itself in the form of being nominated for the Best Food Truck in the Triangle by readers of Indyweek and Best Food Truck in Durham by the Readers of Durham Magazine. We have to highest level of gratitude for those who voted for us, come eat with us and share your experience with friends and family. This is just the beginning and we are so excited to keep reaching goals and milestones with you all
