On January 30th, at 6pm Toriano will be at Southern Season in Chapel Hill giving a cooking class and talking about the inspiration behind converting a 1999 Freightliner MT55 Tool Truck to a mobile kitchen. This class will give people a chance to taste a few of our menu favorites and see how we create our Puerto Rican Inspired Soul food.
